The 14-day guarantee
I want you to be genuinely glad you bought The Bird in Flight System. If you are not, get in touch within 14 days of your purchase and I will refund it in full: the entire $99 US that you paid, nothing held back.
You do not have to justify the request. If the book was not what you hoped for, or did not help, that is reason enough.
How to request a refund
Send me a message through the contact form and include:
- your order number, and
- the email address you used at checkout.
Those two things let me find your payment straight away. You are welcome to tell me what did not work for you, and it genuinely helps me improve the book, but it is not required and it will not affect whether you get your money back.
What happens next
I process approved refunds as quickly as I can. The refund is issued in United States dollars, for the full $99, back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show it, usually between three and ten business days, which is outside my control.
If your card or account is held in a currency other than US dollars, two things are worth knowing. The money is credited to you in your own currency, not in US dollars, because your bank converts it on the way back — so the figure on your statement will not read 99. And your bank converted the original $99 at its rate on the day you bought the book, then converts the refund at its rate on the day the money returns. Those two rates are rarely identical, so the amount credited may be slightly more or slightly less than the amount that was originally taken. The full $99 US is always refunded; what changes between the two is your bank's exchange rate, which I neither set nor can predict.
You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been sent.
After a refund
Your download link stops working once the refund is processed. If you have already downloaded the PDF, I ask that you delete your copy, and I trust you to.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, they are in addition to this guarantee rather than a replacement for it.
Pricing
The Bird in Flight System is sold for a one-time payment of $99 in United States dollars. Every price on this website is in US dollars. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing further to cancel.
